About

Hi, I am Nick, the NN in NN Woodwork

I've been crafting with wood since I was tall enough to see over a bandsaw. When I was 18, I started building guitars and instruments, and now creating handcrafted wooden jewelry that brings that same artisanal precision to wearable art.

My background with stringed instruments taught me something crucial: the most beautiful details come from patience and traditional technique. I use the same inlay techniques that distinguish handcrafted guitars: wood, metal, and shell hand-fitted into wood to create both visual complexity and structural integrity.

Each piece starts with intention. I source wood from suppliers I trust, with sustainable harvesting practices. Woodworking is about respecting the material—understanding its character and its story. That respect carries through to how I approach sustainability. I want to leave the forest as healthy as I found it.

When you wear NN Woodwork, you're wearing something made by someone who's spent two decades learning this craft. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Just skill, care, and wood that's meant to become an heirloom.

Thank you for supporting handcrafted quality.
